Casting is a bit "dodgy" (to borrow a term form Constantine), but not bad for a fan effort.

That was pretty good.
That accent was terrible though. Like, almost offensive.
(And why does everyone forget Johnny Boy is Scouse?)

That was pretty entertaining and well done especially for a fan film.
The acting was definitely spotty, but kudos to these guys anyway.

What?! How could you not know the difference! I kid of course. I think there's a perception everyone in Britain talks the same. We probably have as many accents as you guys over in the States do. Besides, I don't think America like's Scouse. It's kind of similar to Geordie. And Cheryl Cole didn't do well over your side of the world 'cause nobody could work out what the hell she was on about. Whey ay, man.

I'd argue that the differences in English accents are almost more stark than the United States and especially surprising because it's such a small geographic area than the U.S. Anways, isn't Scouse a Liverpudlian accent? The Beatles were pretty big over here, but then again, it wasn't because they were orators.

Aye, Scouse is Livepudlian, and yeah, the Beatles were from Liverpool. We're a much smaller area, but we're three/four/five different countries rolled into one, having been invaded and being the invader over hundreds and hundreds of years by Germans, Dutch, French, blah blah. Makes for some interesting dialects.
Considering visiting my parents takes the wife and I through about five counties, there's probably about...three different accents we travel through to get there. Including the ubiquitous London accent.
