Alright after doing some revising of my timeline and plans I need to switch Riddler out for now and add Jason Todd. Boo hiss! Boo hiss! (throws rotten tomatoes). If it's a universe where he exists, Jason Todd should be dead. If it's a universe where he does not exist yet, it should remain that way! Can I call the 900 number to vote him dead again? -M |

to aid your research, the Green Dragon Tong were the villains in Detective Comics #39 (May 1940) and Wong was a somewhat throwaway character in golden Age Batman stories in Detective, (he appeared in Detective #35 and died in Detective #39, his second appearance). I guess these are technically Batman characters but haven't appeared in a Batman story in 74 years, so not sure if buck needs to ok them or not.

Oooh.
Sounds cool though - one of the best things about being a long term fan of comics is this little side characters who capture imagination. I always, always had a massive soft spot for Sara Wolfe, you'll know her MRP, but she seems all but forgotten these days.
Victoria Bentley as well.
Mostly women characters, actually...
