Although we hope everyone posts their issue on time if for some reason you need more time please let us know using this format. All extensions will be granted as long as they are requested, but any writer showing a dependence on them will need to talk to the admin team via pm.

I know it's 2 months in a row, but it's the 28th and I know Monday is likely the soonest I be able to get time to work on #3 again, and that's the first, so I need to request an extension.

Reason: I know this is a really long extension - We are going on holiday to Australia for two weeks on Saturday, returning on the 2nd of Jan, and I am working up until Friday evening, so I have no idea. Added in the fact that I am petrified of flying, I really cannot concentrate, at all, on writing. So, I am hoping, with a great deal of love and affection from your lovely selves, I might be able to have an extension until Jan 9th, so that I can get writing when we return.

I'm going to need more time. I apologize deeply and sincerely. Thursday, two of my closest friends (one being from Scotland) told me that they just go their marriage license and are getting married this Friday. I'm one of his only friends in the States, so I have a lot to help them out with in the next week on top of figuring out a wedding present. I don't know when I'm going to get my issue up. If you would like me to drop my title, I regrettably will, but there's no way I'll be able to get one up sooner.

I think, as there are only 4 of us, there shouldn't be any need for Chris to drop the title. It's not like there are hundreds of people clamouring to get in on the JSA action.
One thing I will say though, is perhaps the monthly deadlines should be reviewed? I mean they're a good incentive to get us writing, and I'll probably do my best to stick to them, but...if we can't hit them, then it's not a major issue at this point. We're doing this for the fun of it, so we shouldn't be beating ourselves up over whether or not we can hit our deadlines because life intervened.
Just a thought.

I agree with Hawksmoor on all points. As for me, I know it's late but I'm not sure if I need an extension or I'm going to drop Flash and go back to street level or a story with origin instead of starting in the middle. |
