Buck taking a title again (and possibly whatever that big news is) likely lowers the probability of this happening since we will hopefully have three active writers as opposed to two with a couple of sideliners but there's no harm in discussing it.
I had the thought that April or May could be an attempted gimmick month. We pick a theme. We do the theme. Nothing big, not even full issue length. Try to keep it simple and uncomplicated so that it really doesn't take time from us. By the time we reach the month (whichever one) then Arrow will be at a place where I don't mind if MRP or Jack (since he's lurking in the public) try their hand at the characters if the gimmick fits.
One possibility is "Alternate POV" where a scene is redone but from another character's POV. Examples include Lightning VS (Green) Arrow in UA #1. Could be done from Lightning's. Could be done from the swimming hostages. Another example could be Sentinels #1's incident outside of Eternity Corp but I don't honestly know if that would work within Hawks' personal narrative.
